CSS Scrollbar Attributes

Sometimes it’s fun to put some color into what is otherwise a drab element of your web page, the scrollbars! Scrollbars are those ugly grey things that allow your content to be shown in a tightly confined space, or, the ones the browser produce automatically if the page is taller than the browser window. In either case, you can add some color.
